Welcome to Hikaru's Ring of Friends. This is a ring for those who have nothing better to do than make webpages of their favorite anime. If you would like to join the ring, look at the instructions below.

1. Your page has to be of any kind of anime

2. Your page can include other stuff but has to have something about anime

3.Must be rated "G"




Instructions

If you would like to join the ring, just fill out the form below. Please submit your site only once and make sure you fill out the form correctly. If it is not the correct url that the submission will be deleted. Also, you will receive an email stating that your site has been emailed to me. I will then look at it and see if you have put one of the 3 html codes on your page. If you have done so and your page fits my standards, I will the insert you in the ring! Good luck!
