All you have to do is submit your site, and everyday you will receive one letter with all the sites from that day who want your award:)
What can the engine for my site if I don't give out SM Awards?
You can submit your site to win a buncha awards from a buncha different sites.
Why is SMAE different from other sites that give out Sailor Moon Awards?
Um...corection...SMAE does not itself give out awards...we send your site to sites that do, and those sites will look at your site to see if your site deserves an award. Have I lost you yet?
If I join, do I have to post a banner or button?

Yes, but you will have to come back to the homepage and sign up again saying your would like to give out awards.
