the designated target(s) can hear what is said. Can be used with an individual,
or with your adventuring group

YES: A positive attitude never hurts
Key:
ALL CAPS = a verb or command
<item/object/creature/etc.> = a required parameter for the
verb/command
[item/object/person/etc.] = an optional parameter; the verb
has a different effect with this text
(text) = denotes a special condition needed for the verb to
work
... = indicates that the verb uses a 'say-type' parameter, that
is, you enter most of the text yourself
<ALL CAPS>= reference to another verb or command
<item/object/person/etc.>= reference to a parameter
[text]= what happens when an optional parameter is included
<Amount><coin type><currency>= Many money related commands
contain this. Amount is how many coins, coin type is what the coins are
made of, and currency is where the coins are from. For example: 423 (amount)
copper (coin type) kronars (currency).
IN LIST, ALL CAPS = verb or command, when listed in a sub menu
End Comments
"WHY THE HELL WASN"T THIS VERBLIST UPDATED!?", you ask. "How come it isn't
actually updated NOW either!?", you ask again. Well, real-world responsibilities,
as well as restricted access to my file archives, have made it near impossible
for me to keep this verblist up-to-date. As of now, however, I've caught
up with all the prior submissions, though there's likely verbs I'm still
missing.
Please note that certain guild-specific commands (mostly thief) are
not listed here, as they're supposed to be secret-type stuff. If you absolutely
MUST know, e-mail me, but keep in mind they won't be of any use anyway
unless you're of the appropriate class and level, and by then you'd have
been told the command. Also note that I do not list most item-specific
commands or abbreviations, since it would be nearly impossible to do so
with the sheer variety of items in DR.
Feel free to save and print this document to your hearts content. However,
do not copy this verblist for your own page, or as a text (or any other)
file, and distribute it without my consent. If you do, and if I catch you
(and I will, eventually, trust me), you give me free liscence to flame
you mercilessly <g>. I've worked too darn hard, and too many people
have contributed too much, for someone else to take credit for this...
Thanks to Bannon, Blytzkrieg, Elrand, Elynden, Kerebrus, Lilliana, Seriana,
Wamphyr, DStaceyF@aol.com, and Dytro@aol.com (I never got the game names
for the last two) for pointing out some of my mistakes and omissions between
versions 1.0 and 1.1, to Takaie and Quixote517@aol.com (again, no game
name) for pointing some omissions between 1.2 and 1.3, and to Iulio, Thunderboots,
and Pastabridg@aol.com (ditto) for pointing out some omissions between
1.3 and 1.4/HTML.

Also, thanks to Mithrus, Iulio, Meriwythr, Ranmadar, Frank, Lathaliu,

for waiting so very, very patiently for me to add their additions
^_^
Remember to send me your game name if you've got additions! Yes, I know
some of these people are no longer with us, but that's no reason for me
to not credit them for their contributions.
If I still happened to miss something, e-mail me at Zeiram@nmt.edu
so I can include it in the next revision. If you want a link to this page
on your own home page, feel free as long as you tell me first, although
I would prefer if you linked to my home page instead.
Oh, feel perfectly free to give me cash donations in-game for my services
