It's good even if it is a self-insertion fic (really pulls it off though). A man from our wrold is mysteriously transported to Crystal Tokyo, and amongst his problems adjusting to that "perfect world" (which isn't so perfect to a normal person), he finds himself suddenly responsible for a rapidly growing Hotaru. Not only that, but the other sailors want to kill her.
