Free BBQ Recipe for Barbequeing Bul Kogi or Korean Barbeque
INGREDIENTS
- 5 lb beef ribs
- 2 garlic cloves - crushed
- 1/4 cup sesame seed - toasted
- 1 cup ground onions
- 1 tps pepper
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 2 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil

If prefer, subsitute beef ribs with paper thin beef slices.

To prepare:
- Place short ribs in bowl
- Add garlic, sesame seeds, green onions,
pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar and oil and toss to coat meat well
- Cover and let stand at room temperature 2 hours
To serve:
- Barbecue over coals or
run under broiler, turning and basting often with marinade until meat is
tender
For an authentic Korean setting, set a small grill in the middle of
the dining table and allow each diner to cook their own meat.
