Okay here's what I've got on her so far.
Her parents died in the One Year War while she was 17. She has a brother and a sister who are both younger than her. The sister hates her while the brother is neutral. She went to good schools and landed a job with Anaheim as a mobile suit designer. She also did a little piloting here and there, enough so that when the Titans wanted some new mobile suits during early Z Gundam, she delivered them personaly. While she was supervising the unloading, there was an AEUG attack, forcing her to hop inside and defend the Titans. The Titans were impressed and "drafted" her on the spot. A few months later she defected over to the AEUG with information on a new Titan secret weapon(see timeline of campaign below). After the end of Z Gundam, she went back to Anaheim and resumed her roll as Mobile Suit designer/test pilot. When Anaheim received news that it's special envoy to the Crystal Palace was returning to Anaheim, she was picked as the replacement due to the fact that she was familiar with the crew of the Crystal Palace.
Her stats reflect the almost perfect opposite or partner for Ai-chan (depending on your point of view) They both have high attractiveness stats and average Bod. Her intelligence and technical skills are higher than Ai-chans, but her luck, empathy and cool are much lower. This is accurate enough in the sense that Ai-chan usually follows gut instincts while Sakova plans out what she is going to do and is easy to anger and piss off.
Her skills reflect the multi-role positions that she has held over the years. mecha combat skills are set in the moderate range, as are the Mecha Design, Mecha Tech, and Programming. She can also do field repairs(if neccesary) with Basic Repair, Jury Rig. Her combat skills outside the mech are not the greatest, but then she wasn't with the Titans long enough to receive any decent comabat training. D&E, H-H, Handgun, and Athletics are fair but not in the "veteran" category. A few miscellaneous skills were forgery, First Aid, social, and perception.
In the second campaign, she filled in for Hideo Carson after being recalled to Anaheim. She pilots one of the four Hummingbirds and is best friends with Masaki Ai. It will be very common to see the two walking down the corridors discussing what malls to shop at, how to keep Victor Charlie out of their room, and new ways to make Ikeda Ken have an even more miserable life.
I know she looks like Ayeka, but what better counter to Ai-chan is there?
