Dr. Valtati, wish to state, my notes that I have prepared from my own study of the Theological Issues. At our Bible Study classes at United Open University Theological Seminary, Trinity Open University Theological Seminary and have done to help these seminary to grow big upon their request and I also accept their honorary Degrees and Doctorate.
I have also made Theological notes available to the people in couple of churches. They provide more information than any ordinary Theological Seminary in India or elsewhere; they are very useful because of the collection on theological notes gathered from most of my Professor’s who are from top Universities in USA. e.g., Harvard, Claremont, Drew, Colombia University and etc…

As Christians we believe…
The Bible as a divine and an infallible revelation of God because the Bible is the verbal primary inspiration, it’s a prior authoritative guide in all spiritual matters… Ps 12:6, 7; Matt. 5:15; John 16:12, 13; II Tim 3:6, 16, 17; 2 Pet. 1:20-21; Rev. 22:18, 19.
UMM believe that God is Monotheist, A jealous God and also eternal, revealed himself to Adam and Eve, Hebrews, Jews and Jesus Christ and his followers… I accept the apocryphal books as semi-canonical.
We believe in Nicene Creed declaring the union of The Father, the Son, and the Spirit, thou Jesus Christ was in the form of God did not count equality with God but emptied himself as the only perfect human,
The Son and the Holy Spirit express all that the Father has and is, On Pentecost the Holy Spirit ascended and continuing indwelling among all the believers since beginning and is ministering all Christians to live a godly life…Rom 8:9-14
We believe that humankind is in need of God's salvation, by grace [Cheap grace - Salvation by faith in Christ alone, without works, and solely by grace Ephesians 2:8-9.], The Fall has separated us from God but the Patriarchs like Adam, Abel, Enoch, Seth, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob [Israel], Joseph, and Prophets, kings, Priests and covenant people were loyal to God and made a effort to reconcile the Gap…but only Jesus the Christ fulfilled the requirement of Penalty [Indemnity] with righteousness, holiness, and glory and recovered [Reconciled] real gap of Separation of Fall as a second Adam [True Adam] Through His death on the Calvary…
Jesus the Christ died, once and for ever behalf of all humankind and God was pleased and removed the curse by forgiven us of our sins on conditional basis that we reconcile to God through Jesus Christ as our personal savior, hence accepting Jesus Christ and reconcile us to God, God will justified us by making Christ our righteousness. Based on Christ's redemption,
God regenerates the redeemed with His Spirit to guide and consummate His salvation that they may become His children and have unity. Now being Re- born [Messiah Like] God's life and nature, the believers [Christian] enjoy a daily salvation in His Body in this age and the eternal salvation in the coming age...
The need of works after we are save to express our gratitude and those we “may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God” [Eph 2:10; Rom 12:2]
A Christian needs daily Word of God as Nourishment on Devotional Time, Prayer, and Gift of Speaking in times [If they have else NO], Bible Study, Witnessing, Apologetics… II Pet 3:18, II Tim 3:15-16, Eph 6:18, Acts 1:8 and the need of separation from Sin, Worldliness, Apostasy, and Compromise II Corinthians 6:14-18…2 Tim. 3:16, 17; 2 Pet. 1:20-21; Matt. 5:15; John 16:12, 13; Rev. 22:18, 19
Jesus the Christ has a divine nature, He was conceived in the womb of a human virgin, lived a genuine human life on earth as sinless, and substitutionary died a vicarious and death on the cross [crucified] after three days He resurrected bodily and appeared too many and has ascended to the heaven. He is now in glory and visible at the right hand of God as witnessed by St. Stephen and prophesied… until he return to judge all human’s at the last day with God’s instructions and Jesus Christ is the only way to God for believers as called Christians today… John 1:1-3; Mt 1:18-25; I Cor 15:3-4; II Cor5: 21; Acts 1:9-11…
As Charles Spurgeon, I also believe in degrees of heaven, generally view as a Christian, I believe in eternity, we will dwell with God presence on Heaven and Earth accordingly to our Degrees of Blessings… the consummation of God's salvation of His elect.
As Jesus Christ Resurrected we [All believers] regardless of color, caste, creed, Gender, nation or body of Christ or churches shall resurrected in glorified state in heaven and the Judgment by God to those who are wicked and also perhaps to others who reject Jesus Christ I Thess 4:13-17; Rev 20:11-15; Heb 10:25; I Cor 12:12-14;
We believe that Revelation book was canonized very lately and hence don’t advise to use revelation book as doctrine nevertheless Revelation is also a New Testament Book so to conclude in short I believe Pre millennium View and look to His imminent return with the kingdom of God to be established, by which He will reign over the earth in the millennium and in eternity, incase the bible is interpreted Literarily for a Pre Millennium view else there is a option to believe Eschatology as a symbolic view, for example : We all are Messiah’s and we have to do the Political Mission which was undo by Jesus Christ according to Jews opinion in Bible Times. As Christian’s ‘Theodicy’ of Eschatology can be achieved through Democracy, Church and State relationship, United Nations and Councils of World Christian Councils and Christian Councils [Exclusive] where religious tolerance and Peace is effective. In Eschatology God of the Bible is Supreme over the principalities of World’s [e.g., Heaven and Earth]
The Great commission of Jesus Christ to evangelize and disciple [baptize and Teach all Commands e.g. Repentance, Forgiveness of sins and…] all nations, and His promise to be with Humankind for eternity…and also believers will be given power and do witnessing, Mat 28:19-20; mark 16:14-18, Luke 24; 36-49, John 20; 19-23; acts 1; 6-8,

Christian Philosophy
The Purpose of Philosophy: Is to realize the existence of God, like Idealists and towards Understanding, God’s Will on earth ‘as it is in Heaven’ and seeking, His internal truth with a Hermeneutics View of Humanists Conscientious, Monotheism, Religious Ethics, Christ-logical Dogma, Human Spirituality, Theories of Religious Freedom in the context to Tradition and belief, in the realm of Human reason and logic…for a Moral Society with Human Dominion and Rights of Freedom under God’s Sovereignty.
Why study Christian Philosophy?
There are several good answers to this question. As Christians, we are instructed to love God completely with all of our minds (Matthew 22:37). Christians are also called to give a defense of the hope that is within them at all times (1 Peter 3:15). Furthermore, it is in the Christian tradition to do so. Peter, Paul, Apollo’s, and others are depicted as laying out a rational case to persuade people to the faith in the book of Acts. Although some church fathers (like Tertullian) were hostile to philosophy, many others found it beneficial for apologetic uses (like Justin Martyr and St. Augustine). Great thinkers like Boethius, St. Anselm, St. Thomas Aquinas, and many others dominated the medieval age as Christian thinkers. Religious Background: a Hindu [religion] from South India (Called Category – as a Dravidian)
Enlightenment: Becoming a Christian by hearing Gospel and obedience to call, I’m "Saved" in 1986-87.
Witnessing: Baptized in 1988 at Wesley Church. I was " So Called" trained for Pastoral Ministry for a year and half and then was reject By the then bishop For not sponsoring me to a Bible College / Serampore University. Because of my evangelistic Zeal and religious background…
Spiritual Maturity: I joined Baptist Church in my tender saved aged but I could not get opportunity to pursue
Theological studies, as the Medium of Instruction was in telugu language not English and to do ministry service as a associate Pastor in Village or Suburbs was impossible..
Fellowship: I was disappointed at that time because Bible College was my only Aim to do after Hearing Gospel. In-fact I researched to find a right Religion within my Sources e.g.: - Reading Bible, Encyclopedia, other Religion books and Biblical Related books and I was very regular for 4 -Bible study Classes at Evenings at Gospel trumpets Monday to Saturday, and also worked as volunteer at Bible Centered Ministries, youth for Christ and Evangelical Union places in 1990 - 92. I Use to attend 3 - 4 Worship Services on Sunday and never use to Miss Revival / Gospel meetings.
Education: My extensive Studies at few bible colleges, Library Research has helped me To grow in Knowledge and faith through the Fellowship of Born -Again believers of Independent Church of : Evangelicals and Brethren to name a few In Hyderabad [ India]
I ignored My Academic Qualifications Completely because I was Interested to pursue Theological studies, I have also joined a Brethren College as external Student to pursue studies but could not continue as I Was hindered by My family who are strong Hindu (Gentile).
I was out of my family and was working as a teacher in Wesley Boy's high School and junior college on Temporary basis that Salary was not enough to support my studies to acquire a degree from costly bible colleges. But I read The Notes printed Matter and improved my knowledge in theology, and was Encountered by Debate with Jehovah witness and was disturbed on Doctrine of Trinity, furthermore with friends in 1990 was Defeated in debate By Islamic scholars because of Ahmed Deedat Cassette And Video Studies And also viewed cassette related to joomal against Christianity.
I was confused, lost confidence in Bible Scriptures in 1990 I became religious tolerance with Islam and Jews because of the common Ancestral beliefs and prophets who prophesized same God in different names and so it took Me long time to read comparative study of Islam and Bible latter I met A believer, he gave me multiple books on Light of Life And The Good Way, the books were from Austria and Switzerland. I took it because I like English and German languages more than my mother Tongue Telugu. And I felt I Could get some information through it "yes" I was blessed by this Ministry. God has again guided me a won me for second Time for Surrender to God through Jesus Christ only, I Believe Baptism is only Once and I Sincerely confessed for not believing in the way to God through Christ alone as a Christian and admitted there is exception for covenantal religions of same faith and traditions in history where God revealed to others as chosen people like Christians especially Jews and other movements…in Church / Assembly and participated in Holy Communion Service.

Church Experience: After few days, I was again in debate with Pentecostals. They claimed to be first Pentecostals in India or at Nation of Srilanks, when The Pentecostal Movement started in America and formed (2) Groups, Mainly Elim 4 square gospel Alliance and Assemblies of god. Which had its roots in Church of God in Christ at Azusa Street California USA….
After India Independence, Ceylon Pentecostal Mission was re-named As The Pentecostal Mission, latter CPM or IPM had many Offshoots & others too Planted churches of their own and had offspring’s. Namely the Indian Pentecostal Church Of God, Faith Homes, Rock Church, Manna Full Gospel Church / Alliance, The Church on the Mount, Faith Church, King's Temple, to name a Few popular in City of Hyderbad / Secunderabad in 1991.
The Ceylon Pentecostal Mission -Doctrine was strange (a) No Marriage's For Men & Women Ministers. (b) Speaking in Tongues a Must (b) there Main leader is called Apostle (c) should happen Exactly as happened in ACTS but it is not the case (d) No Medicine (e) Only There Church is the Bride (The Church) (f) Separated (exclusive) (g) re -Baptism by there Minister only. (h) Nor they believe in like- minded councils.
I left CPM fellowship after a year, my career was Doomed because of Debate, research and jumping from one church to another church to Find the closest perfection church. They’re onwards. I left debate for a while and concentrated on Biblical studies to make my career in it and learn more and then debate with an educated mind and proper Dialogue with evidences and so on….
I later joined Faith Home (A Independent Pentecostal Church ), the Doctrine was same as CPM, Except one difference I.e., pastor can marry; and problem here was the pastor's do not believe in theological studies., later I became member of Gethsemane evangelical Free church for formality. But I learned meanwhile that Tongues speaking is biblical and I had a Debate and finally I accepted many Pentecostal doctrine but not their hyper charismatic Pentecostalism, "" ‘.
. In Indore M.P. Here the Protestant Church was few so I took member Ship in Anglican Church, CNI. (Church of North India) initially later learned there was some kerela Pentecostal and western Pentecostal church of India started by south Indians so I had fellowship with them.
Ministerial Experience: In Indore [state of MP – India] I learned about Internet, so I started learning Bible through websites in 1996-97. I collected nearly (100) Topics on Biblical / Theological Curriculum related websites. And I started a Theological center and sold Theological Notes, Computer Typed. In Indore - Madhya Pradesh , Gujarath ( Baroda) there were only few Christians and were Persecuted in this state also along with Orissa, U.P and A.P & Elsewhere.
I desired to far from Persecution states in India for reasons and moved to Hyderabad. A.P to do some teaching Ministry, I started my own Theological Center and Conducted classes on Internet related Awareness on Christian Websites and Foundation Courses on Biblical studies. Only few turn, So it was hard to Maintain Bible Teaching Center, so to do some ministry I became a editor and Made a booklet on Christ precept Perspective magazines and supplied it freely nearly (5000) I flashed to Important city & town. I wrote 1000s of journals in books in India and was persecuted personally many times and have been noted as a zealous Christians by others and was threatened many times. Yet, God is my refugee and strength in trials and tribulations and I lost all in this process including alienated from my relatives and living apart in serving God by all means in difficult times and achieving my goals and educational degrees in Theology in America presently.
The Magazines contained Randy Alcorn Articles of Eternal Perspective Ministries. Www.epm.org / along with this I viewed mission Frontier and like minded Magazine ministries and got Ideas and also started developing a Curriculum on Discipleship Training Course up to Doctorate levels and search for its related Websites And printed nearly (33) Subjects and each containing URLs of a information from a denominational view point and etc for a opinion…
I visited to United Kingdom as visitor and spread evangelist Information at reading [ Berkshire]. I could not contact right correct Person to help me for ministry as desired in 1997 due to disadvantages for example: I had no Car and my stay was short.
Later I became Wandering from shifting gurgoan - Haryana near New Delhi Capital of India, Here the Christianity are few to say it is un--reached I met few Believers and Conducted bible – study classes aat Gurgoan and the living cost Was very high, Then I went to Hyderabad to continue in teaching Ministry.
I had no Financial support from any body at India. Nevertheless I collected Biblical Topics related Websites nearly a great number of websites in Total on Biblical / theological related studies, When I have shifted from Gurgoan- Haryana to Hyderabad my Relatives and Society became Peace with me just as Jacob became peace with Esau but My own people are still unsaved my far relatives materialistic not spiritualistic…
I support's a Independent Pentecostal [Pastor] to run a church and now it has (4) Small Branches. The ministry is done mainly in slum areas and these believers are growing… I have conducting Bible study to Pastors when time permitted for (4) of them. Now they may improve. I Have notes and surplus Material to conduct courses.
I am very poor in speaking my mother Tongue [Telugu] or to speak Fluently yet I Am-having fellowship with Telugu speaking people. I do Not know to read /write Telugu. I am preaching in English with help of a translator. A Doctrine teaches was of a Fundamental, Missionary, soul – winning, evangelistic, Bible-centered Ministries.. • The Pastor’s are educating slum youth and Adults (Free Service) in order to help them and Win for Lord saving them from heathenism…. •

Any body that wants admission should apply before hand for Scholarship and get ready to enter seminary but it would be benefit for those who pay taxes and apply through FAFSA…off course the agents will help but you should have Financial background in your home town for International students and for citizens there are some Seminary which will give Scholarship full /part…and please don’t change your status from B1/B2 to F1 or…the process is long and no guarantee …don’t chase the wind and do hard work and even business is matter of good fortune and blessing some success and some don’t nevertheless experience on business only can make a wise decision but its up to God to bless it and don’t worry how much others own look to God who will provide us all needs…
My Faith based so called Accredited certificates were not valued for accruing credits and all I had to do is to get an Accredited Bible degree for Ministerial Work…based upon Seminary we join or Denominational based seminary or sponsored Seminary by Ecumenical scholarship or Pay for Seminary…To be simple Study when you have Financial back up else earn and give help to ministry and study as you have time on own and seek Help with the denomination you attend and pray for Lord guidance…
Seminary will make you thinkers to give an opinion or view it up to you to be aware off…As for my case…By years of experience I have learned and others, In Third world countries the ministry grows a lot but there is always Financial crisis and Poverty is such a curse that you can never even marry a women you Love…Nor the women you Love will have Love because of poverty and the System is similar in Other countries too… Yah! It all depends…Thinking practically, I realized that I got Burned out without successful in ministry in India because of Financial Crisis and learned that Believers gives Heart and lip service to God not the Pocket and Ministers have deceived so many People who give for Ministry and fill their Houses with Loot / Lies and this reputation have effected so much that Ministers became Blue / White color Cheaters…

Vijai Valtati Vinay] will never forget that I was initially influenced by independent Baptist Church towards becoming Christian even thou for reasons I got baptized in Wesleyan Methodist Church [Anglican / Episcopal] …Baptist in History also are opposed to a Brethren group on [Eschatological View], General Baptist are also opposed to Presbyterian type of Churches [e.g. Wesleyan, Methodist, Calvinist, Lutheran, Presbyterian and…on Issues of Baptism, Communion and Ecumenism, Which are not according a Core issues by a opinion of Rev.
