Emuparadise.org is a pretty good site if you can't find the Rom you want on the normal site can always trade on their msg board but they also have tools to help you use your emulator and some translations for GameBoy and Snes roms
Oldgames-fr.com can be in either French or English they mostly have an ok selection of abandonware but they also have a small selection of snes roms too
