Jackie "The Sheriff" Hartenberger
The Sheriff is one of the funniest people I've ever met. She attends school at Lindbergh H.S. in St. Louis, and plans to major in music education next year in a college somewhere in Texas. She loves the color orange (she has bright orange boots) and pedal tones. The Sheriff has been a member of the St. Louis Youth Symphony, the St. Louis All-Suburban Band, the MO/IL Bi-State Band, the Symphony Music School's Young People's Concert and Symphonic Orchestras, and she is a drum major for Lindbergh H.S. Unfortunately, The Sheriff has a knack for injuring herself while playing. While playing very loudly with a practice mute in the bell, she busted an artery in her eye. She has also fallen off of risers. She currently studies with Robert Lauver.

		Jen Linek Jen is my redheaded psychic twin from St. Louis, MO. We met our sophomore year in high school and have been great friends ever since. She's been a member of the St. Louis Youth Symphony Orchestra, the St. Louis All-Surburban Band, the Missouri All-State Band, the MO/IL Bi-State Band, and the Symphony Music School's Young People's Concert and Symphonic Orchestras. Jen also served as drum major for the Mehlville H.S. Marching Band. She is currently playing really high notes (she loves those) on a rose brass Holton and is studying horn performance under Thomas Bacon at Arizona State University.

Sean Kevin Murphy
OK, Sean's not really a horn player, he's a trumpet player. However, his success in playing tunes on the horn during Youth Orchestra rehearsals and his innate coolness make it possible for me to talk about him here. Sean is currently majoring in business at the University of Missouri-Columbia, and he plays trumpet in the bands there. Sean was a member of the St. Louis Youth Symphony, the Missouri All-State Band, and the St. Louis All-Suburban band. To quote an anonymous source, "Sean Murphy is the sexiest man I know!"
