![]() "As the Executive Director of ACDP, Inc., it was my
responsibility to lead the search in 1993 for a global management and
technology consulting firm that would, in collaboration with us,
redesign and automate our strategic and value-added business
processes. This search culminated in our selecting and awarding the
contract to Investment Promotion Group (IPG), Inc. We awarded the BPR,
Shared Services, and PeopleSoft implementation contracts to Investment
Promotion Group, Inc. not only because of the excellent proposal IPG
developed and effectively presented but also because of the fact that
IPG's CEO, Emmanuel Micah and its President Clem Yeboah, CPA are
recognized by our industry as subject-matter experts, thought leaders,
professional advisers to project teams, leaders in Process Improvement
(Process-Driven Change) and in the implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS
and Financials. Our confidence in their remarkable proposal
development skills, which generated a lot of revenue for us increased
when they subsequently researched, wrote and delivered two proposals
that were funded by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban
Development and the State Department of Social Services. During the
implementation, they effectively and efficiently used a proven
successful project management methodology to manage risks, and all
stages of the project lifecycle. Above all, IPG implemented all the
modules on time, within budget, without business interruption, and at
the quality level that we had originally established, and agreed
upon." -Victor Morisete, Executive Director of
ACDP, Inc.
"During the implementation at NMPP, Inc. of Shared
Services, Integrated Process Engineering, PeopleSoft HRMS and
PeopleSoft Financials, IPG, in collaboration with my team, effectively
managed change of both systems and business processes by setting
realistic expectations, and so managing the implementations that we
expended a minimum amount of time, resources and money. Rather than
re-automating the same functions that our old systems provided, they
optimized workflow and productivity by rapidly redesigning, and
automating our strategic, and value-added business processes.
Furthermore, they consolidated our support processes into a separate
operating unit. Consequently, this operating unit now operates these
support processes as core processes."-Marion
Robinson, Director of Human Resources, NMPP, Inc.
