May 3, 1999

Old Business

The Green Mountain Dreamers met at Trinity College for its monthly meeting. Members in attendance were Eric, Sherry, Claude, Al , Lou, Randy, John and Tom. Tom called the meeting to order at 6:30.

Tom spoke about the accounting for the club. He passed out individual valuation units statements in which members reviewed.

Tom also assigned SSG files on companies that were reviewed to various members to be updated.

Randy spoke about a problem that another stock club was having because three members of the club were leaving at the same time. Paying out for the three members at once is creating some problems for this club.

Randy suggested that perhaps this is something that we should look at in the future.

This month ADC and EMC were the two companies that were reviewed on a monthly basis.

New Business

Tom previewed Pfizer, despite what the SSG indicates, the consensus of our members is that this might be a good stock to buy when it splits in June.

Lou had one copy of Novellus Syst which was discussed briefly, he will make more copies for next months meeting.

Next meeting will be on June 7, 1999 at Trinity.
