This is the
introductory page for my Webtv Users Help Pages
I have
designed three different pages as examples of the homepages
Webtv users can make.
On all of the pages, there are
many links to HTML help resources, as well as some "just
plain fun" pages. Most of the links are the same on each page, but there some differences also.
For instance, on the Sidebar HomePage, there is a link to even more homepages made by Webtver's (which I hope to expand upon at a later date.) By looking over these pages, not only will you get some wonderful and useful help, you will also get an idea of how everyone else is setting up their pages!
All of the pages are best viewed on a Webtv unit. They probably won't look as good on a computer!
This is the simplest
type of homepage to make. It uses many different types of
tables; Gifs that have been transloaded to my Geocities
site and banners made with a Banner Maker.
This is a homepage
made with Webtv's SideBar Codes. The sidebar page is used
to imitate Frames, but is easier to set up. A lot of
computer browsers will not even show this
page!
This is a homepage
made using frames. It looks a lot like the sidebar page,
but it "acts" differently. Compare the two to see what the
difference is. If the Frames page shows up as a Blank, Grey
Screen, just "reload" until it appears. This is the only
major flaw with using Frames on Webtv!
