Stephanie Dynae's 8th Grade Cruise Night-Graduation 1998

Stephanie Dynae is Our Baby Girl, Last Child but Dearly Loved and Most Precious to her Father and to Me!

She was born in Pekin Illinois, January 17th 1984, at 3:34 a.m. Central Standard Time. Our "Stephie Nae Nae" was our tiniest baby, weighing in at a mear 6 pounds, 10 ounces. She was a tiny little bundle with long black hair, and olive skin. Just like her Daddy, for whom she was named. She was 19 inches long.

Born in the quiet and wee hours of the the morning, I can still remember the magical ride to the hospital, around the Pekin Park Lagoon, where a wonderland of winter white covered every tree and bush, while a steady and gentle snow slowly fell to the ground. It was beautiful, and the snow sparkled so that it looked like sugar. Such a night expected for such a gentle and wonderful creature to be born. Like God himself had come down and touched the moment so that all would know how extremely wonderful the happening was.

Stephanie is a most special little person, now 15 years old she has a wonderful sense of humor, lights up a room the minute she walks into it, and is truly a remarkable creature. So talented and so sweet, that all who cross her path, can't seem to help but be drawn to her gentleness, and fun nature.

Stephanie hopes to be a teacher someday. She is taking sign language as her foreign language in high school, and I secretly hope that someday, she will be able to teach and communicate with very special deaf children. Steph has always had a way with small children. She was very much the tomboy when she was younger, at least that is before she discovered boys could be fun for other things besides just playing in the dirt with! I thought I'd never get her to wear a dress! :-)

Stephanie is also a very Talented Artist~she truly has a God given talent for it that I hope someday she will persue. But I have always told my children, "You can be whatever you want to be, you just have to try, and if you try hard enough- You'll Succeed! I have no doubt in my mind that Stephanie will be Wonderful no matter what she decides to do!

Stephanie is also very athletic, and accomplished swimmer and basketball player. She was captain of her basketball team in 8th grade and chosen to represent her high school team her freshman year~but we opted for academics first. Still we hope that she will get the opportunity to make more of her famous 3-point basket shots from the center court here in the near future!

Stephanie, you have always been a source of Great Joy, Tremendous Pride, and I have found it to be a Privilege to have had You in my Life and been allowed the Great Pleasure of being your "Mom". I Love You more than Words can ever say. Reach for the Stars My Darling Little One. There Is Nothing That You Can't Do! I'll Love You Always & Forever!
~Mom
