How to join the ring

• Download graphics (click here to access them).
  DO NOT reference them off someone else's server unless you have asked them for permission first! This INCLUDES this site.

• Add the HTML code to the page you have registered. After you regester you site you will be sent an email that will have the code in it. all you will have to do is copy and paste from the email onto your homepage. The only change you might need to make will be the graphics listed above. The graphic in the code are doc_ern.gif and patient2.gif.

  
  

• Fill out the below form to register your site. Note that this does not insert you in the ring; it simply makes your page known to the RSD Ring program and gives you a Site ID Number. The actual insertion is done later.

  Passphrase: (This allows you to later add others to the ring. As soon as I add that fuction.) Don't forget this pasphrase!
  

  Keywords:Enter up to 20 keywords to describe your site.
  

  Description: Enter a short description of your site.

  The purpose of RSD Ring is to link our pages together not to force people to go through many pages or many screens before they can proceed through the ring. So if you have a site with 5 diffrent pages on it pick the page that has the RSD information, or if your site has alot of information put the code on the main page at your site. And if your page has a lot of graphics it would be nice of you to make a warning page if it takes an unreasonable amount of time to load. Remember its rude to invite people to your home then make them stand in the doorway for a long time.

• If you put it on a page with with frames, please remember to add target="_top" to all your references in order to remove the frames before the viewer proceeds. Remember also to put the RSDring code in your section. <p> <li> If you move your page or change your email address, remember to change that in the RSDring database too. Do not mail the changes to the ringmaster, but do it yourself. If there is any way I can help just drop me some mail. I'm slow, seeing as how its my hands that are the problem I tend to have a hard time sitting down to the computer for very long at a time. I will probably want to look at your page to make sure it has some refrences to RSD and make sure the RSD Ring HTML fragment on your page is okay. When I go to add pages the main things I will be looking for is the RSD content and the HTML code, until both are present your request to be on the RSD Ring will remain in the que. <p> <li> After checking out your page, I will take your Site ID Number and use it to add you to the ring. There should then be an e-mail telling of your addition to the Ring.
