El Paso Greens
We have begun a grassroots awareness raising campaign. We are hitting the streets letting El Paso know that they have an alternative to the current corporate-influenced political system. We are reaching out to Neighborhood Associations, non-profit organizations, and UTEP students in order to invigorate our people to reclaim democracy.

It is a political party dedicated to improvement of El Paso County and the Community.The El Paso Green Party provides a viable alternative to established controlled politics by generating citizen participation within and without government for responsible changes that empower the community. IS THE GREEN PARTY A LOCAL GROUP? The Green Party is a growing grassroots force at the national, state and local level. El Paso Green party is focused on a better life for all in the El Paso City and County - and your Neighborhood. IS THE GREEN PARTY AN ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP? Environmental protection is one of Ten Key Values. Here in El Paso County we live in a fragile, desert environmment with limited resources, of water, land and taxpayer. WHO MAKES UP THE GREEN PARTY? The Green Party is made up of ordinary, concerned citizens of every age and walk of life who resist the control and influence over their lives and community by powerful and narrow special interests and individuals. IS THE GREEN PARTY ANTI-BUSINESS? The Green Party is Pro-Business, especially small businesses, that are responsible in the community.  We are against big, powerful corporations that seek only to exploit the people and resources of El Paso County. IS THE GREEN PARTY PRO-LABOR? The Green Party is Pro-Working People everywhere and we seek economic justice that allows those who work to receive just compensation according to their skills and abilities in order to live with dignity. WHAT MAKES THE GREEN PARTY UNIQUE FROM OTHER POLITICAL GROUPS? The Green Party is citizen based, not corporate based. We truly believe that this Nation should be of, by and for the People and not controlled by the few and the powerful.We believe government at all levels should represent and respond to it's citizens, not the few of power, wealth and access. We believe those in government are NOT our Rulers nor our Leaders, but our Representatives and are accountable to us for their promises and their actions.
