		Information Management Division is Responsible for: -Maintaining a special order file relating to personnel matters. -Posting, and distributing special orders to the personnel officer and individuals concerned. -Keeping the organizational chart current and promptly posting changes in cadet positions and rank. -Maintaining the classroom bulletin boards in a neat and current manner. -Ensuring that a Cadet Support Team roster is posted and that completed rosters are transferred to the computer data base. -Recording minutes and attendance at cadet staff meetings. -Preparing and filing a master copy of staff meeting minutes in final form.
