Price / Contact
Are there agency fees?: None whatsoever assured. This is a strictly
non-profit venture. We do not represent the player nor are we asking for a fee in case you sign them.
This is not a campaign to enroll the players in agency lists as this is not our aim. We just want to give them a decent chance to allow them to enroll in good NCAA and European basketball scholarship programs. Agency representation is the last thing on our mind. Sport agents please refrain.
In certain circumstances, and if inquiries are received direct from basketball coaches coaching professional teams, such requests will be answered provided they reach us on proper professional club letterhead, and on condition that the serious offer for professional play to any of the players is accompanied by a clause allowing the players to continue their education while playing professionally for the club. This restriction is necessary because of the age of players involved (16 to 18). Please note however that the players presently do not have any professional status and have never played outside the country.
What is the cost?:
In case of the "10 player Nigerian video" (75 minutes), cost is US Dollar 15 all-inclusive just to cover basic costs, nothing else. This is just for making duplicate copies of tape, and cover parcel and postage cost from Beirut, Lebanon where we are located.
Full names of players will be included for those who pay for the video. We will not divulge the names to other sources in any case.
In case of the Hussaini Musa Gumel video, for general interest callers, cost is US Dollar 10. This is to avoid going into unnecessary cost, that's all, in case we have a lot of queries. However for serious contemplated professional offers reaching us from coaches on valid club address/letterhead or e-mail, this particular video of Hussaini Musa Gumel will be sent free of charge.
What is the video format?: Actually we have all formats:
-PAL (mainly in the UK and Western Europe)
-SECAM (mainly in France and Eastern Europe)
-NTSC (the latter valid mainly for USA and Canada).

How do we know the players? Check the rosters here. Although our site conceals the names, all paying individuals will receive the full 10-name list with the video. Please no agents.

When do we get the video? The video will reach you in about 10 days from our receipt of the funds.
Package will be dispatched by ordinary mail from Beirut, Lebanon.
How do we contact the players chosen: Very easy and straight-forward actually. After watching the video and deciding on the players that possibly interest you, you e-mail us, Garo Salibian at worldbasketball@yahoo.com .
It is on a first-come first-serve basis. The sooner you apply, the more privileged contact that you get. There is no limit on the number of players you may pick to contact and ask for further clarifications, but please restrict yourself to possible 3 players per educational institution or basketball team.
Within 24 hours of receiving your e-mail, we put you in touch with the players you specified via Hussaini Musa Gumel in Kano, Nigeria.
The players contact you within 48-72 hours maximum. Of course you are entitled to ask for further additional information and attestations from them. We will not be involved in this. We invite you to do your exercise in checking them and asking for references. You may even ask for additional more lengthy videos if available. Please take note that we cannot carry the cost of additional videos or documentation as this is strictly between your institution and the player.
