Insurance Claims Coverage for a new computer (a week old) which were dropped by USPS handlers (week of 9/14/99) was disallowed by Mr. Willie Mixon's Dept. Read his letter click here.

It looks like USPS blamed me responsible for the damaged of my computer, instead of their own incompetent & careless handlers. My Computer was padded with styrofoam and warning sign Fragile: Do Not Drop markings all around the box. These Warnings Were Ignored By USPS Handlers. By accepting our packages, USPS should also take responsibility for the safety of our valuables. We trusted (in good faith) for a FEE (not free) our valuables to USPS. I did not know that I will be playing "Russian Roulette" How about my USPS Insurance Coverage that I paid for? Is USPS also in the Insurance Business or Why don't they pay claims? Sounds fishy don't you think?

USPS makes Billion of Dollars a year in profits without Scamming thousands of unaware customers with or worse without insurance!

USPS A LEGALIZED, ORGANIZED SCAMMER &  FRAUDULENT FEDERAL AGENCY

USPS is protected by bias postal regulations in order not to pay customers claims for insured damaged or stolen goods Sections: S913.1.1; DMM S010.2.14t; DMM Sec. C030 and Etc. These regulations should be abolished and let incompetent, careless handlers and USPS pay for damages and stolen valuables.
