This picture was drawn by my cousin, Karen Kouhi. Karen has amazing talent and she blessed us with this beautiful picture of Noah. Karen has a little angel, Aja Dawn, in heaven with Noah. You can read Karen, Don (Karen's husband), and little Aja's story through Noah's website. Just click on Aja's link on the Link page.

These are some personal notes that were written to us. I wanted to share some of them as they are so beautiful and have touched us deeply. We did receive so many but I am limited to space so I wrote out a few of them.
Dear Steve, Sara & family, We don't know you personally, but we extend our deepest sympathy to you. We lost one of our children - Jordan - when he was three and a half. Your pain and grief must be tremendous right now, but know that many people are feeling pain and grief with you. God didn't take your little boy, but He was waiting with arms wide open and hands extended to receive your precious joy. He doesn't feel pain now and he wouldn't want you to become lost in your grief. Take it easy on yourselves, allow yourselves to enjoy every ray of sunshine, every fresh gentle breeze - anything that you can to let God comfort you. Noah would want that. ~ Sincerely, Garry & Betty Boyachek & family |

Stephen - When I was at your place and Auntie Pat's the weekend we said goodbye to Uncle Steve, I had the opportunity to watch you with your kids. Good fathers will always be good fathers and you're one of them. ~ Your family needs you, cousin. Be strong! ~ Cousin Terry |

Dear Steve, Sara & family I am a sister to Vern and though I do not know you personally, hearing of your tragic loss has sadened me more than you could know. As a mother of two young children, Stephanie (3) and Cameron (18 mos), there has been little else that I have thought about, or talked about with family and friends since last Friday. My husband, Gary, and I have grieved for your family and have tried to comprehend all of the "how's", "why's", and "what if" it was our loss. If it will help you in dealing with your loss to know that this has been a big eye opener for us on how quickly things can go wrong, and to know that this has really hit home for us, then I am glad that I wrote this note. But, if I have upset you, please accept my apologies, and our sincerest condolences. I did not get a chance to meet Noah, but I will never forget him. To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die. ~ Thomas Campbell ~ ~ Marie Stinson |

May loving memories bring you strength, comfort, and peace. And know the angels will help Papa watch over Noah, until you can be with him again. Our hearts and prayers are with you and your children ~ Vern, Norma and Sean |
