| Roxy certainly lives up to her name. She is a beauty and is the definate wild child here. Constantly running, playing chasing...she is fearless, and loves everyone she meets. To know her is to love her, and the unexpected joy Roxy has brought us can not be explained. When I bred Leah this last time, I bred her with the intention of giving a show male to a friend who has wanted a pup from Leah for some time. I told my mom "if" there was a nice girl, she would get one since I really wanted to wait till Ava had pups before I added another addition here. Sadly though, after the pups were born, our girl Britta passed away. Britta was a character, energy all the way. So for her to die was a shock to us all. This left a hole in my son's heart, since Britta was "his" girl. Britta was here first, before any of the girls, so the love for her was deep for all of us. My mom offered her girl, but my son was unsure since he loved his girl Bitta. He started to play with Roxy, she took his heart and healed it, and taught him to love once again. So now my son has a new girl, and we have our newest wild child. Of course we will always miss our crazy girl Britta, but now we have a new girl to love, and Roxy has definately stolen all of our hearts. |
