The Shawn Michaels nWo History

June 3, 2002 RAW: nWo leader Kevin Nash headed for the ring, preparing to make his huge announcement. Nash said a lot of times in this business, the deliverer of a hyped situation never lives up to the billing. But Nash said he'd promised a huge announcement, something that would rock WWE's foundation. Nash said there was a new member to the nWo, and he introduced him -- Shawn Michaels!

HBK came out to the stage wearing the nWo colors, dancing it up for the capacity crowd. Nash smiled at his former Tag Team Championship partner. The fans in Dallas loved it! After playing to the crowd a bit, Michaels and Nash saluted with the nWo hand signal, and Michaels high-fived and hugged his longtime friend!

June 10, 2002 RAW: In a triple tag team match the nWo team of X-Pac, Big Show, and Booker T defeated Shawn Stasiak, Tommy Dreamer, & Spike Dudley. Later on in the night, Goldust tried to convince Booker T to leave the nWo to rejoin with him, but Booker refused. Later on, Shawn Michaels came out with the rest of the nWo to tell everyone why he joined the nWo. He basically said that he was mad when the fans flocked to Austin & The Rock right after he left. He then gave the super kick to Booker T and kicked him out of the nWo.

June 17, 2002 RAW: In a King of the Ring Quarterfinal match between X-Pac & Rob Van Dam, Booker T ran in to cause interference and help RVD beat X-Pac. Later on, the nWo got revenge in Booker's KotR Quarterfinal match against Brock Lesnar. Where after enough distraction from X-Pac, Big Show, Nash, & Michaels, Brock managed to pick up the win.

June 24, 2002 RAW: Booker T ambushes X-Pac earlier in the show to the aid of Goldust (disguised as that "Crocodile Hunter"). Later on in a tag match, Big Show & X-Pac beat Booker T & Goldust after Big Show pins Booker T from a choke slam.

July 1, 2002 RAW: A rematch from last week between Goldust & Booker T against Big Show & X-Pac was scheduled. But during the show before the match, Kevin Nash laid out Goldust (this week disguised as Darth Vader). Then Booker T laid out X-Pac to avenge Goldust. So it was just Booker T vs. Big Show, where Booker T got the win by count out after he KO'd Big Show outside the ring. Nash & Shawn Michaels came to the ring after the match. Nash was going to beat up Big Show, but HBK stepped in to settle the differences. During his speech, he announced that "Triple H" Hunter Hearst Helmsley would join the nWo very soon. After that speech, Shawn super kicked Big Show for "losing the match." He just said "tough love" and told Big Show to come back to the lockers with them.

July 8, 2002 RAW: Early on in the show, Shawn Michaels gave Triple H two weeks to join the nWo, "or else." Kevin Nash announced he'd be returning to action for the first time since April from his Arm injury in a 10-man tag match. It was between Nash, X-Pac, Big Show, Eddy Gurerro, & Chris Benoit vs. Goldust, Booker T, spike & Buh-Buh Ray Dudley. In the match, Nash tripped and injured his leg. It was announced he'd be out for about 6 months. Bad luck for Nash.

July 15, 2002 RAW: Vince McMahon comes out in the beginning of the show to nWo music, and announces the nWo is officially dead. Eric Bishoff debuted in the WWF/WWE tonight also to be the new "General Manager" of RAW. Shawn Michaels was also rumored as being another member as well. So now it looks like the nWo is dead again, for now of course.
