![]() New Year's Resolutions for Internet Junkies As seen in Stefani's journal: 12 People you're grateful are in your life: (Only twelve??????????) 1. Kevin 2. John 3. My sisters and brother and their families 4. My parents ( I wouldn't be here to write this w/o them) 5. Ashley 6. Eleanor 7. My friends 8. The people I work with, who occasionally do something to brighten my work day 9. The vendors I work with, that often say something to make me laugh, or at least smile :) 10. All the people that have brightened my day with e-mails, although I have never met them in person. 11. The unknown person that stopped to help me when I had my car accident. 12. Grandma and Grandpa (even though they're gone now) 11 Things you'd put into a time capsule: (This was a very difficult question. I guess that would depend on when it was going to be opened...50 years, a 100 years, a thousand years? What would we like to see from a time capsule from the 1950's, the early 1900's, the year 1,003 A.D.? ) 1. Pictures 2. Coins 3. A September 11, 2001 newspaper, so no one forgets 4. More newpapers 5. movies 6. music 7. magazines 8. books 9. M&M's 10. candles 11. matches 10 things this past year has taught you: 1. Be careful what you wish for, you may get it 2. Some bad people can do nice things :) 3. Some good people can do bad things :( 4. Most of the time, things happens for a reason 5. Rabbits will chew just about anything 6. I can write an online journal that people actually read and ask for more! 7. Sometimes it's better to say more than "oh, well", when someone irritates you 8. Patience is not always a virtue 9. Attitude is everything 10. Make sure you have your keys before you lock the door 9 things you could have done without this past year: 1. A car accident 2. Pain 3. Night Terrors 4. Rude people 5. Selfish people 6. Higher prices on just about everything! 7. Stresssful situations 8. A new car payment 9. Cold and ice 8 of the best books you've ever read and/or movies you've seen: 1. Flowers in the Attic (book) 8. The Ring (book) 7 little things you've done to make the world a better place: 1. Smiled at people that looked like they needed a smile 2. Pretended I didn't notice when people made mistakes 3. Fed the stray cats in the neighborhood 4. Took a lost dog in for the night so it would quit running out in the road (much to my cat's protest!) 5. Fed the birds (and the squirrels unintentionally) 6. Treated people politely, even if they didn't deserve it 7. Participated in the American Heart Association Walkathon 6 things you'd like the New Year to bring: 1. Peace 2. Happiness 3. Joy 4. Hope 5. A better economy 6. Miracles 5 gifts you'd like to give and to whom: 1. Cures for incurable diseases for anyone that is suffering 2. Hope for everyone that feels hopeless 3. The intelligence to always do what is right 2. The strength to always fight for what is right 3. The willpower to continuing doing what is right 4. The compassion to continue doing what is best 3 tangible gifts you'd like to receive: 1. A hair dryer that will dry all my thick hair in one minute without making it a frizzy mess 2. A time machine 3. A million dollars after taxes 2 favorite holiday memories: 1. When my son's eyes would sparkle when he opened a gift 2.
