Mmmmmm! This is good stuff!
MacKenzie was introduced to her first solid food last week.

How times have changed! 21 years ago, Kevin had his first cereal at 5 weeks old. My ex-mother-in-law told me to enlarge the nipple on the bottle, and mix a little rice cereal with the formula. That's how Kevin was first introduced to solid foods.

When I told this to Kevin and Ashley a few months ago, they were "no,no,no...the doctor says only formula until the baby is 4 to 6 months old." I guess the doctor knows best.

MacKenzie loved her cereal, and picked up the concept of eating off of a spoon quickly. They grow up so quickly. Before long, she'll be on her way to kindergarden!
