		ASSIGNMENT:  You are to write a professional growth plan for this semester.  A growth plan includes what you hope to accomplish, why you want to master this, how you are going to do it, and how will you measure success.  It also indicates how this part of the plan fits intio  your larger professional plan. Every school district has its own form/format for planning.  Every professional personnel in the district must have a plan.  It is reviewed at the end of the academic year.  You may look at the example of my professional growth plan.  Click below:
