This individual is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources Department. This person processes pilot applications and assign a seniority number based on applicants' flight time. This individual is also in charge of updating the pilot roster.
This job is very interactive as well as supervisional. This job requires the ability to collect imput from the airlines' members as well as communicate with your managerial staff. Applicants for this position should be willing to work several hours each month.
