If a position is available, it will be awareded to the applicant. If more than pne person is interested in the position, a vote will be taken among the members to chose which applicant the company feels is more qualified. Positions which are already filled will also be up for election when challenged by another applicant. Voting takes place monthly and works on a majority system. This will allow the company to continue in a direction chosen by its' members. To learn more about voting, click here.
The positions of Web Design is not available for voting, due to complications involved with transferring files. However, additional web designers may be added if the company sees necessary. Additionally, the CEO position and VP of Operations require a 3/4 vote.
