This individual is responsible for overseeing the pilot training of our airline. Tasks will include the compilation of presentations to make aviation knowlege available for viewing by our members. A significant amount of aviation knowlege is necessary to do this job, as well as having resources available to answer questions from our members. Knowlege of aviation procedures and fundamentals is essential. Also useful is a working knowledge of flight simulator programs and addons, and operational knowledge of VATSIM or similar ATC systems offered online.
This job is very interactive. This job requires a strong knowlege base of aviation-related topics such as navigation, weather, and communications. You should also be able to create articles or presentations for our members. Applicants for this position should be willing to work several hours each month. A large reward of flight time is available for this position, as it is very demanding!
