This individual is responsible for overseeing all of the day-to-day business operations of the company. It is a demanding job, however it is rewarded with the privelege of having a large stake in the company's future. You will delegate tasks amongst your managers and see to it that operations run smoothly. As VP of Operations, you will be involved in each project in some way or form, and will be responsible to correspond with your managers and keep track of managers' progress on their duties.
This job is mostly supervisional. This job requires a lot of communication with other members and the company's CEO. You should apply for this job if you have organizational skills and are willing to spend a couple hours each week working for the airline.
