Amendment 9 (1791)
Translation: Any right not included in the Constitution shall not be denied to the people just because those rights are not included in the Constitution.
Personal meaning: Without this Amendment 9, many of the freedoms we as citizens enjoy that are not listed in the constitution would not exist. One of the Federalists main arguments was that having a bill of rights limited the rights of the people by not listing them, but Madison took care of that with the 9th Amendment. This Amendment means to me the rights as an individual and a human that don't have to be listed on paper.
