Historical Children's Clothing Patterns

Inspirations

Thank you for visiting Tuesday's Child!  I specialize in children's clothing patterns inspired by vintage styles but fit today's sizes with easy-to-follow instructions.  I would like to hear from you which eras and styles you would be most interested in:  I welcome your e-mail!

I am preparing my first patterns now which will include a 1910s boys' sailor suit and 1895 girls' dress with sailor collar and bishop sleeves.
Please e-mail me if you would like to be notified when I have added photos of these premiere patterns to my web site!

My research at the Minnesota Historical Society and Olmsted County Historical Society is both thrilling and fascinating--I can't wait to share with you patterns based on this research:  Girls' dresses and boys' suits based on actual garments from the 1870s, 1880s, and early 1900s.

A free "try-out" pattern is now available via e-mail so you can try out the CD-ROM Pattern Maker pattern system!
