The apartment is located opposite Las Heras Park, in a residential area,
quiet and safe. It is two blocks from the bus stop to the University of
Buenos Aires Campus, four blocks from the Subway, three blocks from
the Alto Palermo Shopping Mall and five from the Paseo Alcorta Mall.

It covers a surface of 67m² with a big living room, two bedrooms (with a
double bed in the large one and a single bed in the second one) which,
together with the sofa bed in the living room, can accommodate four guests.

There is also a comfortable bathroom with bathtub, a second toilet, a nice
kitchen and a separate laundry area. It has a beautiful balcony overlooking
the park and it is very luminous.

The apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped  with all the necessary
kitchenware and dishes for six people. There are plenty of sheets and blankets.
There is a freezer, a TV set and audio system and a cellular phone for our guests.
As an additional service we offer transportation from and to the airport.
