THE FEAST

The Feast at Edo castle was one week later. All noblemen from across the empire were invited, including Fukushima. He soon handed over the old book expecting to get much praise, but when Ieyasu took one look at it he threw it aside in disgust. Honda was at Ieyasu's side and knew what power the book held. He quickly scurried over to the book and snatched it up. Knowing all to well that the "Tri-Dragons of Tamamayu" would be mentioned somewhere inside. He flicked through the pages trying to find it but it was nowhere to be found. No mention of the dragons at all. In fact most of the pages were blank. He turned to the front cover and under the word "Tamamayu" was a phase, "Let the pure light, brush on and through" This was pointless, obviously this was not a real book but just a replica made by someone who thought they were smart with the legends. Honda stormed off and handed the book to Musashi who had also heard of the legends. But this was one of his specialities, and he knew why he couldn't read any of the pages. Musashi called after Honda, "who gave you this.... book?" which Honda quickly responded "It was a rejected gift from a noble, tomorrow that noble will be executed in the town square. Good ridance for a man stupid enough to give Lord Tokugawa San a fake magical book."
