On October 8, 2002 she took the course on Basic Balloon Arts & Crafts at Nego-Skwela, in just four (4) days after she registered MAKAJOS Party Needs & Packages on October 4, 2002. She had two (2) more training courses afterwards, Fresh Flower Arrangement (January 26, 2003) and Advanced Balloon Arts & Crafts (January 27, 2003). All courses she took were intended for the balloon business. Even the fresh flower arrangement techniques she utilizes for the creation of balloon bouquets.

“After the training, I acquired relevant information that I truly needed to start this business. I realized appropriate information is an important component of any ambition because it will actually push you to make the actual moves. Even then, I’m really an impulsive person, when I like things I’ll do it right away,” Purita says.

What actually inspired her to put up a balloon business, she claimed, was her niece. She has a balloon business too. She visited her shop once, early in 2002, and she instantly liked the place. It was colorful and fun. After three to four months, she decided to get a training on balloon making business at Nego-Skwela.
