After resting a little longer it was time for Tomoe to freshen up before the nights events.
The servant girl aided a dizzy Tomoe up from the futon on which she lay. Once on her feet Tomoe soon regained her balance, “Thank you I’m sure I can manage now,” she told the girl as they walked out towards the Bathing area. As they walked Tomoe looked over at the young fresh faced girl with her “Girl, what is your name?” she enquired. Shyly the girl replied, “I am known as Sakura. Lord Tokugawa has told me that I am totally at your service”
The bathing area was illuminated by dozens of candles and the scent of frangipani hung heavy in the air. The servant Sakura assisted in undressing Tomoe. Sakura couldn’t help notice Tomoe’s fine athletic stature as she removed the garments. She tried to divert her eyes. Once Tomoe was naked she sat on a bath stool while Sakura busied herself filling a washbasin from the tap. Sakura then proceeded to wash Tomoe. Her hands trembled slightly on contact with the female warriors firm feminine body. When Tomoe was rinsed she off she hopped into the hot springs bathtub, laid back and relaxed.
Sakura stood close by. After some time Tomoe turned and looked at the girl “Have you bathed today? Would you care to join me?”
