 Our First 40 Days as eClubONE3780

 

Immediate Goals

  • Fast tack Membership & Documentary Requirements for Charter application

  • Hasten the assimilation of the new eClub into the mainstream of District activities

  • Catch up with the District’s agreed yardsticks of performance and activities

    • 3 Year Plan

    • This Report, which is equivalent to the Mid-Year Reports required of each club             

 
Organizational Highlights
   
  • April 5, 2005 - Telephone Conversation with Gov. George.
    • The Rotary E-Club ONE of District 3780 was given Probationary Status by Authority of the District Governor.

 

 

   
  • May 5, 2005 - First physical meeting at the Malvar Room, Rotary Center, attended by 9 members
  • May 6, 2005 - First Club Project held at Max's Restaurant, Sct. Tuazon, Quezon City. A Tri-media Forum on “Quezon City: Zone of Industrial Peace”

  • May 13, 2005 - Power Point presentation of this Progress Report: Our First 40 Days, during the Governor's Working Visit at the Gabaldon Hall, Club Filipino, Greenhills, San Juan, together with the Mid Year Reports of other clubs.
