Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients:

400 g Ground Pork
400 g Ground Beef
1 tsp Salt
½  tsp Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
2 tbsp Butter
1 large Onion (chopped)
½  cup Rice
1 head Green Cabbage
1 can Tomato Paste (or 1 cup Pasta Sauce)
Preparation:

Remove the core from the cabbage and steam until the leaves are easy to separate. Separate the leaves and remove some of the back rib from the cabbage.

Fry the onion in the butter until it is golden brown, then add paprika. Add the ground meat, salt, pepper and rice and mix well.

Wrap rice and meat mixture in cabbage leaves and place in a pot. Pour tomato paste (or the pasta sauce for richer taste) over the rolls and add enough water just to cove. Boil on low heat for about an hour, stirring occasionally very gently.

Preparation 2 (Oven):

Preheat the oven to 325 - 350 F.  Place the rolls in a baking pan and pour a mixture of tomato paste and water over it.  Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes.  Remove the foil and bake for an other 15 - 20 minutes uncovered.
