Chicken Paprikash
Ingredients:

1 medium Chicken (cut up)
2 tbs Butter
1 large Onion (chopped)
1 clove Gralic (chopped)
½ cup Water
100 g Green Pepper (sliced)
100 g Tomato (sliced)
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Parsley
Salt and Pepper
Preparation:

Fry the onion in 2 tbs of butter until it is golden brown. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of  paprika, add  the  chicken and fry for a few minutes to brown. Add a garlic, parsley, green pepper, tomato, salt, pepper and simmer in its own stew under a lid until tender. Stir it ocassionally. Add ½ cup of water. Cook it on low heat until chiken is tender (almost falling off the bones).  Serve it with gnocchi or noodles. You can add sour cream and chopped green onion  if you like.
