Hungarian Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients:

6 large Potatoes
3 Eggs (Hard Boiled)
2 tbs Butter
250 ml Sour Cream
½ cup Milk
4 - 6 Wieners (Sliced)
6 - 8 slices of  Bacon
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
1 ts Salt
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Cook the  potatoes in their skin.  Peel potatoes and eggs. Mix the sour cream and milk together.  Leave about 50 ml mixture on the side for the top of the casserole.

In a baking dish layer the ingredients. Start with sliced potatoes on the bottom, sprinkle grated butter on them, salts, sliced boiled eggs, sour cream, sliced wieners.  Repeat until all ingredients are used. The last layer should be potato.

Cover with sour cream, grated cheese and bacon slices. Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp on the top and cheese melted.
