While making my web page I have come across some very good sites which teach HTML to the beginner and also sites containing graphics, backgrounds, icons, bullets, buttons, etcetera., sites that offer guestbook services, counters and a lot of other web page related services. Well so here are a few of them. I will obviously be adding more links as soon as I come across more good sites.
