To dream is to live. To live is to dream. To dream of a life one feels they cannot lead is to deprive oneself of their rightful creed To live the life one sought as a dream is to live one's life to its fullest means. One must take their dream and hold it dear for daring to dream is a right, not a fear. To obtain one's dream to yourself you must give all that you dream without it why live? |

Qtn | I have always held the religion
of Muhammad in high estimation because of its wonderful vitality.
It is the only religion which appears to me to possess that assimilating
capacity to the changing phase of existence which can make itself
appeal to every age. I have studied him - the wonderful man and in
my opinion for from being an anti-Christ, he must be called the Saviour
of Humanity. I believe that if a man like him were to assume the dictatorship
of the modern world, he would succeed in solving its problems in a
way that would bring it the much needed peace and happiness: I have
prophesied about the faith of Muhammad that it would be acceptable
to the Europe of tomorrow as it is beginning to be acceptable to the
Europe of today." --G.B. Shaw, THE GENUINE ISLAM, Vol. 1, No.

If alcoholism is a disease
then it is the only disease that 1. is sold in bottles 2. is advertised in newspapers, magazines, radios and television 3. is contracted by the will of man 4. has licenced outlets to spread it 5. produces revenue for the government 6. brings violent deaths on the highways 7. has no germs or viral cause 8. propels one's health to self-destruction 9. destroys family life and increases crime. IT IS NOT A DISEASE - IT IS A SATAN'S HANDIWORK DON'T DRINK Fire in your bellies! "Alcohol paralyses the senses, makes one lurch, and vomit, extinguishes the feeble glimmer of reason which flickers in our poor minds. It soon overcomes the strongest man, and turns him into a raging beast who with empurpled face and bloodshot eyes, bellows forth oaths and threats against his surroundings and insults imaginary enemies. Never in any animal species, not among pigs, nor jackals, nor donkeys, is such ignominy to be found. The ugliest thing in creation is the drunkard, a repulsive being, the sight of whom makes one ashamed to belong to the same living species." (Dr Charles Richet, Paris - Nobel Prize Winner of Physiology) "O ye who believe! Intoxicants and gambling...Are an abomination, - of Satan's handiwork: Shun such (abomination), That ye may prosper." - (Holy Quran 5:93) DON'T DRINK |

There is no quiet place in the white man's cities. No place to hear the unfurling leaves in the spring or the rustle of insects wings. Perhaps it is because I am a savage and do not understand. The clatter only seems to insult the ears. What is there to life if a man cannot hear the lonely cry of the whippoorwill or the arguments of the frogs around a pond at night.?? I am a redman and I do not understand. The Indian prefers the soft sound of the wind darting over the face of a pond and the smell of wind itself cleansed by a midday rain, or scented with the pinion pine. Even the white man, whose God walks and talks with him as a friend cannot be exempt from the common destiny. We may be brothers after all , we shall see. One thing we know which the white man may one day discover- our God is the same God. You may think now that you own him as you wish to own land but you cannot. He is the God of man and his compassion is equal for the redman and the White man. The earth is precious to him, and to harm the earth is to heap contempt on it's creator. The whites too shall pass, perhaps sooner than all the other tribes. Continue to contaminate your bed and you will one night suffocate in your own waste. This we know. The earth does not belong to man: Man belongs to earth. This we know. All things are connected like blood unites one family. Whatever befalls the earth, befalls the sons of the earth. Man did not weave the web of life he is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself. footnote: although this was a speech given by an American Indian to the White government of the time, it still holds a strong message. We must treat each other as we would like to be treated, and care for the earth that keeps us alive. |

Torch of Life Sometimes we lose our way, Along life's winding path, Searching for the light of day, And avoiding Satan's wrath We sink into the deepening mire, Struggling for each painfull breath, We lose hope and begin to tire, Dreading a strangling death. We hope for a glimpse of light, And a way out of this dark pit, Day has ended, comes the night, But the torch of life is finally lit ! |

"In the Infinity of
Life Where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I believe in a Power far greater than I am that flows through me every moment of every day. I open myself to the wisdom within, knowing that there is only One Intelligence in this Universe. Out of this One Intelligence comes all the answers, all the solutions, all the healings, all the new creations. I trust this Power and Intelligence, knowing that whatever I need to know is revealed to me, and that whatever I need comes to me in the right time, space, and sequence. All is Well with my Soul."
