The proposition is:

1.- a) To change the Mexican flag. We can not continue using a fake flag as our people's symbol. Our honored eagle and our sacred serpent can not be fighting among themselves, more over our nation must not be represented by this aberration.

b) The real national seal is the one used by Kuauhtemoktzin during the Night of Victory, which was also identified with the Mexika.

c) The seal is in reality an eagle, with an Atl-tlachinolli in its peak. This symbol is represented by a drawing of water which at the middle becomes into fire. Atl-tlachinolli literally means "Burning water", that is, War.

d) The Atl-tlachinolli in the eagle's peak symbolizes the eagle chanting to War!

e) The mistake of putting a serpent was originated by an erronous translation. Also, there is no proof among any codex that the eagle devouring a serpent was the symbol of the Mexikatl people.

2.- a) To change the name of our country. We can not have a wrong name based in the name given to us by the Spaniard Invaders.

b) The real name of our country is not México. This is because it makes reference to the land of the Mexika

c) This land is not only of the mexikatl people, but also of the toltekatl, tlaxcaltekatl, mixtekatl, zapotekatl, and other inhabitants of this place. In pre-kuauhtemic times this land was called Anahuak. Therefore the Anahuateka must have the real name of their nation.

3.- a) About our nationality. Our nationality is erroneous, because we are not all Mexicans.

b) Mexican means that one is mexikatl. And what happen with the rest of the tribes?

c) Our true nationality is:

-singular (female and male): anahuatekatl

-plural (female and male): anahuateka

d) The Anahuak tribes, all together can be called Anahuateka because they all belong to Anahuak.

4.- a) Change the government system. To establish the foundations established by Nezahualcoyotl in Texcuko.

b) We must bring our nation back to the Toltecayotl ideal, which was designed by the Tolekatl Empire.

c) We must regulate public security, and sovereignity defense according to the ideals of the Mexikayotl, designed by Tlacaelel.

d) The political parties and democratic groups must follow the last propositions. (incluiding articles 1°, 2°, 3°).
