


Sam, his fans, and the Great Quilt Adventure Sam's triumph as Henry Carr in Tom Stoppard's Travesties made his many fans appreciate his talents even more than before. For the lucky troupe who happened to be on hand for the May 17, 2005 question and answer session, there was even more. Sam received the quilt that so many fans from around the world helped to create, and it was obvious that he was well pleased. He opened it up, and did a double take as he looked at it. I think he was touched that so many people around the world were honoring his career on stage, screen, and television. He very kindly held it up so everyone in the theater could see it!
