Extra Info
If you are trying
to breed Pufferchrome ONLY USE BARCLAYA AND APOGONET PLANTS OR THE WILL
NOT BREED AND/OR EGGS WILL NOT HATCH!!!!!!!!
Other than that they
are quite easy to breed just keep the filter clean all the way to 0% because
a dirty filter keeps the Ammonia level down and they don't want it down.
Eggs can be eaten by other fish in the tank so I suggest either moving
the eggs to another tank which has only Barclaya and/or Apogonet plants
in it or removing all the fish out of the tank. Don't be alarmed if your
fish only lays one egg, they all only lay one egg, as far as I know. This
does not mean you will only get one fry; one of my Pufferchrome laid one
egg and two fry hatched out. Weird huh?
