So far my Zirco Draco
have only bred once. They are suppose to have a 100% birthrate, in other
words, every egg is suppose to hatch but mine layed 3 eggs but only 2 fry
came out of it. Who Knows? I guess someone got hungry. The eggs which look
rather odd when first layed, develope into the baby Zircos day by day.
It's really neat and one step father than the ZUN eggs. Make sure you have
a lot of tall and long plants (they don't curl their tails around them
like real sea horses) they seem to lay their eggs on the plants near the
top or the middle.
