| A comparision of Dios and Elios (of BSSM fame)! |
| Mostly, this page is meant to be humorous, even if I did find some of the similarities a bit startling. It *is* a bit ironic, because before I'd ever even heard of Shoujo Kakumei Utena, Elios was one of my favorite Sailormoon characters. No small wonder then, that Dios is one of my favorites from SKU, eh? I haven't really been into the SM scene in a while, but I just recently realized how very *similar* Dios and Elios really ARE. So, for your viewing pleasure, I have made a comparison chart. Be aware, some of these do refer to Akio, and not Dios. These will be obvious, fear not! The actual list is down a bit... Plenty of pictures. As in, a lot of pictures. As in, sorry about the loading time. But not sorry enough to take them off. =P I'm so horrible. |

| More on the Golden Voice(s)... The similarity of Elios and Dios' voices really is quite astounding. I was listening to Elios' opening speech (found here, under "SS dub", I do believe... There's a clip), and Dios' speech in one of the radio play things (here). They really do sound quite similar, even the way they sort of... well... they speak sort of carefully. They speak very carefully, and they speak as though they carry a great burden, which is very much true. ^_^ And they both sound so NICE AND GENTLE! <happy sigh> I love both of their voices. Oh, and also... They have very similar hair, in my opinion. |
