PARENTS
  My  parents, my  sons'
  maternal grandparents,
  are now deceased. My
Mother died in 1981 in a
  Jeep accident, and my
  77-year old Father was
  found two weeks ago,
  slumped over the
  steering wheel of one of
  his trucks at SKLENAR
  TRUCK & EQUIPMENT
   in Tekamah, NE.  He
   had just unloaded a van
off a cab over tilt bed
   truck and parked the
   truck along Hiway 32.
   His work was done.   He
never made it out of his
   truck that afternoon.
   He  sat alone overnight,
   under the Harvest Moon,
   until the next morning
   when a passing
   motorist called the
   authorities.

One of the first Retro buses completed, on display at the riverfront Lewis & Clark Landing.  My Father and Gary Rugge, former Director of MAT (2003).
My Father on a riverboat cruise on the Missouri River  (2003). My Great-Grandfather walked from Tekamah to Omaha to work floating logs down the Missouri in the mid-1800s.
My Father, nationally known in business, enjoys talking business wherever he is.  Even on a riverboat cruise he finds himself in the good company of his customers and long-time business associates.

He took pride in his diverse inventory, and didn't hesitate to show what it could do.
