» CHAPTER THREE «

3 WEEKS LATER-JUNE17

"Flight 367 has arrived in Orlando, Florida."

Alexis and Katie looked around anxiously not knowing what to expect. As Alexis glimpsed around the airport, show takes and deep breath and tries to prepare to herself for what is ahead. Katie caught Alexis' eye and they both realize that the future is in their hands. Katie spots a sign with "Katie Jones". She feels like she is looking into a reflection of a tall, blonde, middle-aged woman.

"Ummm...I...I'm Katie." Katie says nervously.

"I'm Janet Smith." Neither knowing what to say next they hug and smile and start to catch up with what they have missed.

While they were chatting, Alexis sees a guy a little taller that her with sunglasses (which is kinda weird because they are indoors), tattoos, and cute green tips.

"Hey, I'm Alexis." She says cheerfully.

"Yo, wassup, I'm AJ. Do you believe in love at first site or do you want me to walk by again?"

"That's one of the best pick up lines I have heard!" Alexis says flirtingly.

"Well, Chunks (inside joke, does NOT mean she's fat!), I have a press conference in 10 minutes! AJ, do you think you can keep the girls occupied?" Janet says quickly with a wink. She then hurries off to catch a cab.

"Well, honeys, shall we go?" AJ says with a smirk.
 

At The Hotel

"AJ, you sure you don't need any help with the bags? We kinda packed a lot!" Katie says.

"Hell, what do ya'll have in here? Bricks!?" AJ says jokingly.

Alexis gazes around the fancy hotel. She spots a mondo hottie.

"Damn...look at that hottie!" Alexis says to Katie just loud enough for AJ to hear.

"Hey, Kevin! My man! I kinda need some help here." AJ yells to the hot guy Alexis is talking about.

"OK, you bring the bags and I'll take the ladies to their room." Kevin says jokingly.

Kevin introduces himself and picks up two of the bags.

"Geez, AJ! You need to work out more! These bags aren't even heavy!" Kevin says.

"So which one of you is Katie?" Kevin asks as they head to their rooms.

"I am...Spartics." Katie says.

Alexis and Katie both burst out into laughter. The guys look at them strangely.

"Inside joke , guys. Sorry." Alexis says.

"Well, I'm kinda tired from the trip and I wanna get unpacked." Katie says.

"Well, what are ya'll doing tonight? We're going to a new club called 'The Backdoor'. Wanna come?" AJ asks.

"That sounds great but Katie is only 17." Alexis says.

"We'll sneak her in." AJ replies with a devilish look.

"Okie Dookie. We'll meet ya in a couple of hours. How about 8:00?" Alexis says.

"Great. We'll meet ya downstairs in 2 hours." AJ says.

AJ and Kevin each give the girls a kiss on the cheek.
