» CHAPTER FIVE «

NEXT MORNING:
Alexis wakes up with a horrible headache. She stumbles around her room to make it to the bathroom. She suddenly realizes that Katie has screamed for her to get out of the bathroom. She looks up at the mirror and there is a note that says:
 
Hey chick,
    I decide to go shopping and I didn't want to wake ya up. I think the guys are going out tonight soo meet ya at the mall to look for dresses. I know u won't wake up 'til like 11:00 soo I’ll see ya at the food court at 1:00

"Well, I have 2 hours!!! What to do??" Alexis thinks as her stomach grumbles. She decides to go get some food.
 
DOWNSTAIRS:
Alexis grabs some cereal and oj. She scans the room to see if she knows anyone. She spots Kevin in the corner with a hat.
 
"Hey Kev, ooooo....look's like you didn't get much sleep!" Alexis says laughing 

"Well, I'm not much of a morning person!!" Kevin replies

"Me either" Alexis says uneasily.
 
***SILENCE***
 
"UMMMM....I'm going to the mall in like 2 hours to meet up with Katie....Do ya wanna come??" Alexis says uneasily because she is not sure what is going on between her and Kevin.
 
"Ya, sounds great!! Umm...the guys are going out tonight to Commanders Palace and I was wondering if you wanted to go with me as my date?" Kevin asks not knowing what to expect.
 
"That's sounds great!! I now have something to look forward to!! Well, since I don't have anything to wear how about we get started shopping now??" Alexis says really excited
 
"Sure, cause I need a new suit. I have to go get my wallet, coat, and my disguise." Kevin says with a smirk 

"I have to get my stuff too. Meet ya back down here in umm...10 minutes!!" Alexis says

"Ok, sure" Kevin replies
 
AT THE MALL 1:30 P.M.
 
"Gggrrrr...Katie's always late!!" Alexis says annoyed
 
"I know how you feel. Try to get all 4 guys up and on time" Kevin replies
 
"There she is with a.j." Alexis practically yells
 
"Hey, Alexis have you been waiting long??" Katie says

"Umm....YA!!IT'S 1:30!!" Alexis screams
 
"Chill out, A. I'm sorry!" Katie says
 
"OK, sorry! I was irritated!" Alexis says
 
"Well, its looks like you have bought the whole mall" Katie says
 
"No, Just stuff for tonight! Like: shoes, dress, necklace, hair stuff, make-up" Alexis says
 
"Ya, she won't let me see the dress!! all she told me was that it was blue!!" Kevin says (acting sad)
 
"Well, You have to wait until tonight!! Did you find something to wear tonight??" Alexis says
 
"Nope, not yet! I don't have anyone to go with!!" Katie says
 
"OO...Well why don't ya go with A.J.?" Kevin says

"Noo..you can't A.J. already has a date" Alexis says eyeing Kevin to shut-up
 
"No, I don't.........**Alexis jabs A.j. in the ribs**..I mean.. ya i do!! Geez I forgot!!" A.J. looks at Alexis
 
"Well, you guys are acting weird!! IM going to get me something to eat!" Katie says walking away to get some pizza
 
"Ok, Sorry about that A.J.!! I have an idea to get Nick and Katie together!!" Alexis replies in a sneaky voice
 
"Ya, I'm sure your sorry! But I don't think it'll work whatever it is!! They were really pissed off!!" A.J. says
 
"Ya, They really got into it!!" Kevin agrees
 
"I know, but Katie can't hold grudges!! So I think we should get Katie and Nick to come to Commander's Palace without each other knowing! Then we make them sit next to each other! Neither will want to make a scene! So they'll eventually talk!!" Alexis says craftily
 
"Hey, That could work!!" Kevin says

"What could work??" Katie asked
 
"OO.. the new idea for our next concert!!" Kevin replies
 
"Umm..well Katie I think ya should come with us tonight!! Who knows maybe you'll met the man of your dreams!!" Alexis says
 
"Ok, sure! but I'm not stupid!! I know ya'll are up to something!" Katie says
 
"Ok guys, well see ya later tonight!!" Alexis says winking at Kevin hoping he'll get the idea to bring Nick
 
7:30 AT THE HOTEL: ALEXIS AND KATIE ARE GETTING DRESS:
"What do you think, Katie??" Alexis says ask she twirls in her Cinderella dress
 
She is wearing a Dark blue Cinderella dress with silver butterflies. Her hair is curly and half way up with small butterfly clips.
 
"You look great!! Kevin is going freak out!!" Katie says still putting the finishing touches on her dress.
 
"Really?? Thanx! You look great too!" Alexis says excitedly
 
Katie is wearing Forest green dress that is slim. It is plain with spaghetti straps. Her hair is all up with clips and curl's. Neither knowing that tonight will change there perspective on life.
