Logistical Support Team
Located at Loloho port facility, near Arawa is the team that provides the behind the scenes effort. The LST provides all the fascets that would generally be needed to support any operation. There are transport (land, water and air), electrical,  mechanical and general engineers, catering, medical, Q Store and Terminal operators all providing effort in their field.
The PMG
The peace monitoring group consists of defence and civilian staff from the four countries of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Ni Vanuatu. The job essentially consists of providing the facilitatory means  to the peace process. Generally consisting of Liasion/Monitoring Teams situated at population centers and a Logistical Support Force that is situated at Loloho
Team sites
The Team Sites generally consist of six to twelve men from all participating countries. The teams do vehicle  and helicopter patrols to isolated villages and hamlets. These patrols spread the news of the peace talks and developments on the island and organise movement of key personell involved in talks.
The members of the team sites live together, dwelling in houses located within the communites. Their days may cosist of liasing with the chiefs and leaders of the community or delivering 'nius blong peace' or the news of peace. This is a publication is developed by a team located at Arawa and is written in tok pisin and english.The team sites were located in Arawa, Buka, Buin, Sirakatau, Tonu and Wakunai. But are now cut back to Arawa, Buin and Buka. Each site has its own areas of operation in which to facilitate the peace process.

The coordinators of the efforts on Operation Bel Isi were located at HQPMG in Arawa but is now in the Loloho facility.
