Getting About
Showcases some of the transport that PMG members are afforded whilst getting about the island. There are the 'hueys', LCM-8s, Trucks and cars.
Loloho
The hub of support to the team sites is where the majority of personell are situated when posted to Bougainville. The area hosts the support elements including workshops, storage, catering and Medical facilities. The support force that is situated at Loloho uses the "dolphins" and "Bonnydoon" as regular swiming areas. There is a basket ball court and two volleyball courts and the "internet cafe" to fill in spare time.
At play
These pics are of members of the deployment either kicking back and relaxing or just killing time. There is a continual volleyball competition that is played on Monday and Wednesday nights and other sports are played on the weekend. Fishing is a utilised passtime also. There are amenities available such as snorkelling and a windsurfer. There is the theaatre and mess also located at the "Opera House".
